Early Monday morning, the guys got up, ate breakfast, then left for the Wind Rivers for four to five days of backpacking, camping and fishing.
And the girls and the kids played.
We picked corn from our garden for the first time. We fed the husks to one of the horses next door.
Then ate the corn ourselves.
"Baby Cody", as Avery calls him, was a hit with my children. It gave me hope that I'll have good helpers when #4 arrives.
After a couple days just playing around the house, we decided to venture out to the local pet store.
They have an outdoor petting zoo, which my kids always enjoy.
We bought some food to feed the goats.
The kids thought this pig with the dirty behind was hilarious, just because it was muddy.
Much of our time was spent on the swing set they have.
Besides Graham hurting his toe, it was a fun trip.
Back at the ranch, we filled up our swimming pools for the kids.
See Graham's excited face?
He was having fun entertaining "Baby Cody".
And this girl just likes getting her picture taken.
That night, Graham had his first soccer practice for the season. He's been so excited about doing soccer. Well, this picture shows how much he participated during the practice. Let's hope he does more than just sit in the actual game.
These two found their way back out to the swimming pool, with their clothes on, while I was getting my kids ready for bed.
It's fun to be with family.

Ok, Ang. I just picked up on the fact that you're pregnant! I had to back and check old posts to see when you announced it! Congratulations! Your backyard looks like every kid's dream - huge and beautiful. How cool to have a horse nextdoor!
